What could be improved

The whole attitude of your staff towards patients, i do not appreciate being treated as a bit of dirt on someones shoe!!!!!!!!!!!

Anything else?

Keep patients better informed of test results, follow up appoinments to be made at time of tests so that patients at least can feel they are getting somewhere.
