About: Macclesfield District General Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

i personally disaprove of the way a doctor/nurse treated my friend and myself i feel she was rude and we was not treated with dignity due to the fact that there are signs posted around the hostpital that every one should be treated with respect and dignity i also would like to state there are signs saying that the patient can have a nurse friend or family member in the room at any time if they wish and my friend wanted me in the room with her when she was first seen to at the casualty and was refused to have me with her i feel strongly that we should of been treated the way they want to be treated as staff at all times and that she has asked my name and address the name of my child and then said she will reporting the fact that i had my 21 month old daughter in the hospital at 5 in the morning to my health visitor

Anything else?

we are very unhappy with the way we was treated and spoken to by this member of staff in the casualty department which had her patient in tears.
