"i liked the way i was treated ..."

About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

i liked the way i was treated from my doctor. they gave me good advice and they did what was best for me.

What could be improved

more nurses taking blood and not just relying on one nurse. arm support for when taking out blood and reception they learn to have a smile on their face rather than being grumpy.

Anything else?

my appointment was on the 4th of may. i visited my doctor. after my doctor refered me to take a blood test, i then waited 10 minutes for my blood to be taken out; When the nurse was ready to call me. They said to me to take a seat and they'll be with me as soon as they can. i waited a further 10 minutes. when the nurse came, they asked my name and date of birth. i gave them my name and date of birth 3 times but then they said to me that my details werent matching. They then asked the other nurse where my blood forms. They said there on the tray/ the nurse then apollogiesed to me. next, they were ready to take out my blood. the first time they took out my blood was okay, but when they were taking out the second bottle, some blood was only inside the bottle as they found it difficult to get the blood inside the bottle, the third bottle, all the blood splattered everywhere on my arm. i was very terrified and started to be quite emotional. the blood also fell on the pillow.thats how bad it was. i was trembling and very emotional. i really thought i was going to die. They said don't worry stay calm. calm down. look the other way they were saying. when they were taking out my blood they were trembling quite a bit. I personally think they weren't fit to take out blood cuz of the way they were trembling. Since yesturday. i have been having flash backs fo what had happened. And I still am now having flash backs. I am very upset for what has happened.
