What I liked
The ambulance crew were lovely, helpful and caring.
No wait for a bed in A&E.
What could be improved
It took over and hour to get any pain relief despite being in tears and screaming.
The doctor couldn't work the drip.
The nurse and doctor never communicated.
It took 3 attemps to cannulate.
There was no definitive diagnosis or treatment plan as the doctor was unsure and unexperienced.
The room had no heating and it was freezing cold.
Anything else?
It was not my first time in A&E and it was a particularly poor team of staff on, i guess i was unlikey but it shouldn't be happening.
