What I liked

I had to take my 1 year old son in as he had fallen over & cut his nose. We had an appointment at the peanut ward. They were so helpful & friendly & kept us informed of the procedure that he would be having. We felt well informed & relaxed about the procedure & didn't feel rushed or unwelcome once he had woken from his procedure. The nurse gave us all the aftercare information that was required. The whole time we were there our little boy was happy & relaxed.

Anything else?

I would like to thank all the staff at the peanut ward. I thought it would be quite stressful for us all that morning but they made not stressful at all.
