"professionalism of reception staff let down..."

Having used the hospital now for some 3 years, i have noticed a distinct reduction in the professionlism of the reception staff, both in the main area and in xray. The sheer lengtnh ok queues on some days is a testament to this. The staff have become ruder and less respectfull. I could quote numerous examples of having "shouted" conversations across the waiting room rather than the normal one on one conversation that i would expect.
