My brother who has a severe learning disability was admitted from outpatients to ward 205. He was in for several weeks and throughout that time had wonderful care.
Sister Heidi and all the nurses were patient and kind with a very high standard of nursing care. Medical staff led by Dr Penman could not have been better, the phlebotomist Jamie was a miracle worker and the ladies who went round with the teawere also friendly, patient and helpful. Sister also spent some considerable time liaising with social services to arrange after care.
"excellent care"
