"The NHS at its best!"

I have only recently started my "holiday" at the Verrington but felt compelled to comment. From the moment I entered the hospital and met the friendly reception staff to joining the ward I have been made to feel welcome, safe and cared for. Nothing is too much trouble for the busy staff and they have all taken the time to allay fears and concerns, to explain what was going to happen, to comfort me, to put up with my strange dietary requests and not once have I felt like I'm making a fuss or anything is a problem.

Every member of staff from chef to sister has been lovely and I feel confident that the rest of my care will go smoothly and peacefully. Thank you Hadspen ward.
