Went for a CTScan on Thu 13Oct16 and had to wait for 7 mins before the reception staff acknowledge me. They were busy on their computer. No Please Wait, No Give me a Sec. Nothing! Just blanked me. Then came another member of staff who was equally rude when I said its over 20 mins my appt time, they made me feel like they were doing me a favour on me by checking what's the delay. Another patient in the waiting was complaining of the same rudeness. She even told the receptionist to their face that you are very rude. Why hire such ppl who do not understand the meaning of customer service.
