"Excellent care from start to finish"

I had quite a big operation last week and to say I was terrified was an understatement.

However from entering the surgical admissions lounge the nurse was excellent and made me feel at ease, then the 2 anaesthetist's and the 2 surgeons came and assured me and answered questions on my concerns.

After the op I was taken to Branston ward, my surgeon came to see me and tell me how it went, then the ward staff took over all were really nice and treated me well, from the nursing staff, carers, cleaning ladies etc even the food was tasty.

I could not fault my care a big thank you to all of you for your kindness and care during my stay.
