What I liked

There were two exceptional members of staff a doctor and a nurse the trainee nurses were nice too

What could be improved

the overall level of care was poor, there was no sympathy or empathy, the was no respect or understanding, drug runs took to long, pain was not managed correctly qualified nurses were unavaliable and staff avaliable were unqualified to do the job required. The Health support workers were run ragged and not supported, there was no-one happy to explain what was going on and you were made to feel unimportant and a nusance.

Anything else?

Charts were not completed correctly and obs were not taken at the righ times when par score were over one the staff nurse was not informed.
