"Outstanding service"

I visited today for a colonoscopy and the service that I received was amazing .There was hardly any waiting around - I was in at 8.30 expecting to have to read my book for ages but I was seen very quickly for all the paperwork and having the procedure by 9.30 if not before . Obviously this is not a very pleasant procedure but all the staff that I met went out of their way to be cheerful ,caring and to put me at my ease. Special thanks to all who provided excellent care and treatment before,during and after . In fact every staff member in the unit that I either observed or overheard talking with other patients were all a credit to their profession and they reaffirm what a wonderful NHS we are lucky enough to have
