I'm very disappointed with the way that staff has tried to convince me to take a wrong size insoles when it was obviuosly that it could even get in my child's shoes. As a result of showing my disagreement with their opinion, they treat me with the back, facing their desk. I had to ask next steps when they should have told me. Didn't even look to say Goodbye!
