I had an MRI scan appointment on 12 October at Queens Mary. I was so scared because of the MRI machine but the staff made me relaxed, they were super kind and helpful. The gentleman explained everything to me what is gonna happen and why, he was very patient with me because I was so nervous. Thank you very much for the patient and kindness. It was meant a lot to me. Very satisfied with the staff!!
