"Awful, awful, awful"

I feel deeply sorry for anyone who is admitted to this horrendous place. People come here when there are extremely ill and probably couldn't feel any worse than they already do so you would think that the staff here would be supportive and understanding surely? Well they're not. No matter how obvious it is that you are suffering they blatantly ignore you (literally you feel invisible) and should you dare go to them to seek some kind of support they are nothing but cold and patronising. They clearly don't give a rats arse about the patients here. Being in Avondale only made me feel even more alone with my problems, and I left feel far worse than when I went in. The staff here should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. This place is an absolute disgrace to the NHS and the Humber Trust.
