What I liked Pleasant surroundings, helpful reception staff. Can usually get through, after some waiting, by phone to book appointments. What could be improved? On-line booking system functions very imperfectly. Doctors have allocated time slots per patient and can give the impression of being hurried and glad to get rid of me. Car parking is inadequate.
