"Double booking appointments"

Wasted time attending a much needed appointment Having arranged child Care for my two year old I had over an hour for an appointment which was more than enough. I spent that time in the waiting room and when I questioned why it was taking so long I was told, casually, that everyone was double booked? I explained my situation as a single parent with no family support I had to pick up my son as my minder could not have him any later. No apology, just go and book another appointment was the reply from a rude miserable receptionist. My issue leaves me in agony, I had to leave to collect my son and travel back yo Leeds where I had come from. Waste of my time and my money. I am so upset about this, having waited for an appointment in the first place and the then couldn't care less attitude of staff.
