"A and E"

My mum came in to A and E in an ambulance. We were there for about 7 hours and some of the time we were in the corridor as it was so busy.Despite this, every member of staff was kind, considerate and very caring towards my mum and ensured my dad had a chair to sit on. The A and E consultant was thorough and patient and ensured that my mum understood everything that was happening and why.We all felt reassured and well looked after. Thank you all so much. You are all doing a fantastic job.
