"My visit to Urology clinic"

About: Lister Hospital / Urology

I had appointment at the Urology clinic in October.I attended but when I arrived I was informed by one of the nurses that I should have had a Cystoscopy in June and this was my follow up appointment I waited to see the Doctor and waited for two hours as they are always busy only to be told again that I should of had a cystoscopy in June.This was a wasted appointment for my self and the Doctor concerned.Needless to say my blood pressure was sky high when I went to the treatment centre for my pre op assessment!I I have a date now at the end of November so hope this goes ahead.I can't fault the nurses at all this was obviously admin error.
