Rather nasty deep gash on my leg as a result of a heavy wooden box falling on my foot. (Accidentally knocked over by someone else), Yes, there was a wait for triage and another wait until a nurse was free to attend to the wound. However, my husband and I experienced kindly and courteous help from the receptionists through to the very experienced and competent nurse. Great praise to her - she assessed the damage and did a very good job of cleaning and repairing the wound. Thank you.
