About: Pilgrim Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I was seen by Doctor Kopcsianyi also nurses Elissa and Tracey in the Dermatology Department. I must say the doctor was brilliant she assured me that the proceedure she was going to do for me on a small lump on my face would not hurt. She was so kind and gentle did not feel the injections or removal of the lump, what a great doctor. The two nurses were by my side and talking to me all the time, I must say that comforted me as I was so nervous, what a great team. Thank you to Doctor Kopcsianyi also Elissa and Tracey,
