"Cannot get through on telephone"

Hi there, I recently registered at this GP but now I am unable to reach the clinic on the phone to make an appointment. I have been trying to get through on the phone for the past 3 weeks and every time I call a number for this GP it cuts out! Otherwise I'm sure this GP could potentially be very good.
