"Cataract operation"

This was my second operation, and on both occasions I was very impressed with the professionalism of this clinic.

The staff and the surgeon kept me informed at all times about the procedure and the progress during the operation.

A warm smile and a few kind words can be very reassuring when under stress, and the whole team were exceptional at this.

The surgeon inspired confidence and I was treated like a person, not an anonymous number.

Well done to you all and a massive thank you for what you have done for me. Excellence indeed! I even received a phone call the next day to check how everything was going for me. Beat that!
