"disgusting appointment system"

This surgery is getting worse and worse, to get an appointment is an absolute joke i have sat on the telephone several times a day for over 45 minutes to still not get answered and have given up. There are no urgent appointments you have to ring on the day to be seen. The receptionist told me i could book on line but when you go on line it says the surgery has disabled appointment booking. They need to change their answerphone message if this is the case.
