"Colposcopy and Lletz treatment"

I came in today (11/10/2016) after receiving a letter following my Smear.

I had never had any type of procedure at a hospital and had heard and read online how intrusive and painful the procedure I was going to have could be.This was not the case for me at all. I was greeted my a warm, caring nurse who understood how I was feeling and immediately put me at ease (while still being open and honest). I then met the colposcopist who again was very warm and understanding. They made the procedure comfortable and kept me focused on other things throughout. I can't fault the staff at all, they were absolutely fantastic, what they do is incredible and they worked so well as a team. I wish I took their names (3 of them) as would like to thank them on here, they really turned this experience into a positive one for me. Thank you so much x
