"Worst experience of my life"

About: Woodbourne Priory (birmingham)

I attended this hospital today with a friend who was going voluntarily to see if he liked the premises and facilities. Out of nowhere they decided to section him under section 52 all because he asked to leave as he did not feel comfortable in the environment. Prior to this staff staff dumped him in a room and left him sat there in the freezing cold (wouldn't turn radiator on) for 2 hours. Staff were rude to him and made him feel like he was a burden. They are lazy and just sit behind the reception desk chatting whilst patients are needing help. Awful place, being in there would make anyone want to harm themselves.
