"Horrible experience."

I was admitted here and stayed on a ward. Never in my life have I been treated so badly until I came here. No nurse or doctor spoke to me until I told them I was going home, which they said I wasn't allowed even though I was there voluntary. I was denied my medication multiple times, and when I did get it, it was like 5+ hours later than the time I am supposed to take it. I didn't feel safe there at all either. I asked for help and didn't get it. They say they're there to help you, but nobody comes round to talk to you! The hca's are amazing though. Can't fault them at all, they were all really kind and understanding.
