Terrific job

(as a parent/guardian),

We were referred by our GP for my 5 year old with wheeze. We attended the Department and were dealt with very promptly. Special thanks to ANP Louise, who did a terrific job, was engaging, put my 5 year old at ease and sorted us out. Thankfully, some discharge medicines and safety advice we were able to get home.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with the positive feedback experienced by yourself and your child.

It is great to hear that you were treated promptly and then discharged home. Hopefully your child is continuing to recover well at home. It is always our aim to provide the care and treatment required as soon as possible and where appropriate support patients and families to get back home.
