"Excellent service no waiting well done the NHS"

Had an appt at ST RIchards at 9am , arrived in plenty of time booked myself in at the cardiology dept , was called in for my examination , the procedure was fully explained to me the cardiographer who was very profflcient and knew their job well , without people from different countries helping in our health service , I'm afraid our health service would collapse,as past governments have not put foreword the nescssary funding to train British doctors and nurses in the numbers needed, so thanks to our foreign nurses and doctors the NHS is still functioning as it should be .
