"Bladder installations"

About: Derriford Hospital / Urology

I have weekly bladder installations for IC which can be a chronic crippling condition.

Would just like to thank the person who does my treatments. It's invasive and the person makes me feel comfortable.

Also... as derriford and mount gold messed up my referral I had to wait a year to be treated for this.... which is crazy right? This person made sure I did not have this problem again was sympathetic and kept me on the system for walk in treatments. Very impressed with them. Thanks chestnut unit x

Dear Laura

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences of the care you received from the team in our Chestnut Unit. As we make every effort to provide the highest standard of care and treatment at all times, it was lovely to read your positive comments of praise about our staff. I'm sorry it took so long for you to receive your referral but I'm pleased we've been able to resolve this for you now and you have been kept on our walk in clinics. Comments of support and thanks are so important to our staff and I know they will be very grateful to read your positive experiences.

With best wishes
Claire Jukes
