"Endoscopy"

I had the 'misfortune' to need a bidirectional endoscopy and visited Northallerton Frirage Hospital last week for the examination.

The staff were simply terrific and I couldn't speak more highly of them. I was immediately put at ease by everyone's kindness, professionalism and obvious pride in what they do. I cannot single out anyone for specific mention but would just like to thank you all.

That said, I hope I never see you again (-: well, with the confines of a hospital anyway!
