"Shoulder surgery"

I have received nothing but excellent caring treatment,from my Consultant chosen by myself for their expertise in this type of surgery to MRI ,Pre Op,Admissions,Ward staff for overnight stay after surgery and physiotherapy.

One issue I would like to point out would be a lack of communication between the Consultant ( who is only there for a few days in the week) and the physio team,who it would seem have to write to the Consultant, and the delay this would entail should there be issues post op. All appointments arranged without long delays,with follow ups. The most difficult aspect of the whole procedure was trying to explain to my GP surgery how the system works, they have to put KIMS as an option onto the e referral at the point of issuing it. Unless you ask the options will be the local and surrounding NHS hospitals and you may not see the best consultant for your condition.
