Referred by GP about suspect area on skin, was a little unsettled for a day about this, then was quickly contacted by department to make an appointment, and they put my mind at rest in that conversation. The consultation was easy and informative, and the subsequent surgery was quick, easy and painless (and pretty neat, too).
