"A&E"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Accident and emergency

Attended A&E today it's currently now 2 hours not seen anyone as yet apart from the receptionist attended with elderly mother who is experiencing pains etc in her arm this is not the complaint. The complaint is as yet nobody has been to tell patients approx waiting times etc staff are obviously busy however walking about calling out people names several times who are not here is embarrassing and very frustrating for patients. If not seen soon my mother will have to return home to take her much needed tablets and probably have to return again to go through the whole experience again while having to suffer the pain and discomfort in her hand and fingers. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the pain is not to serious i.e. to do with her heart condition or her diabetes and she will be well enough to return when it's convenient to kings mill to be able to diagnose her problem
