About: North Middlesex Hospital / Gynaecology

First of all the hospital management is not right. Staff are behaviour towards ill patients is unacceptable and really horrible. They don't give the correct and enough information to the patients. All the medical staff don't have enough and good knowledge to treat a patient. Patients get emotionally affected by the system and the staff In there. The hospital service is exteremely useless. I will never go to this hospital again.

All patients are encouraged to ask questions relating to their treatment and staff are also trained to encourage patients to ask questions.

From your comments you suggest that the staff involved in your treatment did not provide enough information.
