From calling 999, at 09.50, 4th October, via A&E at Oldham by ambulance, to being moved to a bed in MAU at 11.40, I was very well treated and kept informed of my condition throughout.
As always, the staff were helpful, understanding and compassionate, making my brief stay more bearable.
TROH has had much more workload thrust upon it recently, and I can only congratulate its staff - at all levels - on their response.
Thank you - Stephen Jones.
