the support and care I received here was not good, they didnt liston to me or help me. they just belittled me and made me feel hopeless

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Having read your story I was saddened to hear that you felt unsupported, belittled and hopeless as a patient at Riverdale Grange. We aim at all times to provide a high quality service which puts the patient at the centre of their care and I am sorry that this was not your experience.
