"Excellent care"

I have been a patient together with my 2 daughters for about 10 years and I can honestly say I feel incredibly lucky to be registered with the Elliot Hall medical centre. They are flexible and accommodating if you need an emergency appointment at short notice and their level of care and diligence is superb. This level of care and genuine concern for their patients applies to both their nursing staff and GPs. My daughter was recently unwell, had some blood tests and then 2 separate GPs contacted me to discuss her results. Some medication was prescribed and although it was the weekend the GP phoned me to discuss the results and arranged for the prescription to be sent to me remotely ( we were away for the weekend) so I could collect it from a pharmacy near where I was staying. It's this level of care and service that makes Elliot Hall and the team there stand out.
