We arrived on time for a 10.30am appointment with the consultant. We saw the consultant 3 hours later at around 1.30pm. At no point whilst we waited did anybody seek to advise us there were any issues and we receieved limited information when enquired if there was a problem, first at 11.30am after waiting an hour, and then about 1pm when we were advised we were next up - but someone else then went before us, so that was not the case. The eventual meeting with the consultant was useful and we have no issues with this, but are clearly disappointed at the length of the wait and the information provided during the wait, so provide this feedback in the hope it can be avoided for ourselves and others in the future.
