"Amazing treatment"

A huge thank you must go to a particular member of staff in the Orthoptics department who gave us truly incredible treatment today. My middle son Rupert was there to have his eyes looked at which this member of staff did, taking their time to ensure he was comfortable and communicated clearly to us about the next course of action. I mentioned my concerns about my eldest boy and youngest boys eyesight, who were also present at the appointment, and they gave us even more of their time to see the other two. I cannot express how grateful I am to live in a country where we receive incredible treatment for free. Thank you for all your hard work.
