"Communication Let Me Down (Again)"

Attempts to obtain a set of results and the switchboard manages to put me through to Hotel Services when I re call the switch they get me through to information. They then inform me that a virus got into the Database and it has been unobtainable for 6 days so far. This database is the database for the whole hospitals. Making a complaint was even worse the person was so abrupt and ignorant and self opinionated that they need to learn some skills in man management.
