"Warm and efficient"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital / Clinical haematology

Turned up at lunchtime knowing that there would probably only be one member of staff on duty.

I was right - and there was a queue but I waited only 20 minutes (not bad but for a turn up and see system). Once in, the patient before me had difficulty with their veins and the professional was fantastic with him - very knowledgeable and reassuring!

My own test went without a hitch and the nurse was so nice, warm, caring and really quick! I have bruised in the past but not this time!
