What I liked

All the staff at the hospital are so friendly and caring, right from the receptionist to the doctors. They all seem to truly care about your welfare. I visited the GUM clinic yesterday and I was amazed by the excellent level of service they provided, at some point I wondered if I was actually in the an NHS clinic or a private one, their service was that good. My girlfriend had a miscarriage a couple of years back and the staff at the hospital were so good to us and gave us a lot of support during that painful period. This hospital sets a very high standard in the NHS system and all other hospitals should follow it's example.

What could be improved

The GUM clinic should be open during weekends.

Anything else?

I recommend this hospital 100%, excellent service all round. I hope the hospital maintains its high standards.
