I have reviewed the eye clinic unfavourably in the past because of very late appointments. I had an appointment yesterday for a capsulotomy. I arrived early, I was dealt with promptly by a helpful nurse and after a very short wait was called in to see the specialist. After some discussion about my current treatments I was treated with the laser and actually left the treatment room at the time of my appointment so I was very satisfied with the efficiency. My previous appointment to see the same specialist at Clacton was also on time with no delay so it just shows that it depends whom you see.
