"Cant get results from my biopsy or blood test"

I have been on the phone most of the afternoon got cut off once.

Had a colonoscopy a little while ago and have received a letter saying I need further treatment.

Have been passed from pillar to post given different phone numbers but nobody ever answers the phone so im left here feeling very worried and scared as to why I need further treatment.

Left message at Endoscopy department and have not been rung back!

I have sat by my phone all afternoon having left another message on another answering machine no phone call back again.

Im beginning to feel very annoyed that im constantly being given different numbers to call and leaving messages only to be ignored.

Another night without sleep as the letter I received frightened me as I do not see why I need further treatment unless something is wrong with my biopsy results which I cannot find out!
