"Recent R.O.H. experience"

I was recently referred to ROH by my G.P. and attended A&E. The treatment I received in this department was efficient, thorough and informative. The treatment was seamless and extremely well co-ordinated. I then had to receive treatment as an outpatient which was of a similar high calibre through the Ambulatory Care Unit. The staffs care and warmth when treating not only myself but, I observed, other patients too was exemplary. In particular one member of staff who was very kind, with a great sense of humour which put me at ease, and professionalism during the tests I underwent. I would like to thank the staff on the MRI/CT scan department too who were understanding and a very pleasant team who again put me at ease during the tests. All staff who I came into contact with explained my condition and the purpose of all the tests and kept me informed at every step of the procedures. Although the staff are obviously were extremely busy their patient care is second to none and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for their kindness and understanding.
