About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

Having visited this hospital 5 times in the last 5 months I can honestly say it has no concept of appointment times. The last 3 times have resulted in a minimum of a 2 hour wait past the allotted appointment time!! I am sure the hospital do it deliberately to make more money from the car park.

As to not letting people know that the B

Block entrance would be closed on the so called 'appointment ' letter well... worst of all I know I have to come back here at least twice more. Not happy

I am very sorry to hear that your experience at ophthalmology at Queen Mary's was not up to standard.

I will ensure your comments are passed on to the relevant staff.

The team are currently working on improving appointment letters so will want to make sure they address the issues with the B Block entrance.
