I think it is disgraceful that this person simply ignores all messages and if you are lucky enough to get hold they simply says they'll phone back and, of course, doesn't.

Just what you want when writhing in pain!

I am sorry to learn that you cannot get through to the correct member of staff to assist you.

Please ring PALS (the Patient Advice and Liaison Service) on 01227 783145 or 01227 864314 and they will do their best to assist you.

You may well get the answerphone and if you do, please leave a message because they guarantee to get back to you as soon as they can.
