"Number is incorrect"

Unfortunately there is no main reception at Bolton One where phone calls can be transferred so there isn’t a general number which can be given out to patients, only individual service numbers. The NHS Choices website requires a specific phone number for each health centre to be entered on the page so the number listed for Bolton One is for our Single Point of Access Team who are then able to redirect the calls to the individual services. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for service users however in the absence of a main reception this is the most efficient way for us to direct calls to each clinical service.
