About: Derriford Hospital / Neurosurgery

Found the day nurses when I stayed over worked, especially at night, felt very anxious one night, it felt like there was an overwhelming frustration with the night staff, was glad to leave the next day, overall care was good and cleanliness was high, would I recommend, of course I would, just need more nurses and less frustration!

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of the care you received. I'm sorry to read you felt anxious during the night and I do hope this was an isolated occasion. We're continually reviewing our nursing vacancies and working really hard to recruit to these posts.
